While it certainly isn’t business as usual for us, at T.U.K. Shoes, we have scaled back our head office operations with non-essential staff working remotely, this has allowed us to remain open for business and continue to dispatch online orders.
Our overriding priority is the safety and well-being of both our teams and our valued customers, so along with other significant changes within our business, we are maximizing cleaning measures within our distribution network, plus following government guidelines regarding isolation and social distancing in the workplace. We can confirm that all staff are healthy and eager to support our customers.
We have extended our returns period to 60 days and keep this under review as events continue to unfold to ensure that there are no issues returning any orders for any unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware any returns will be held for 72 hours before processing to further insulate our staff from risk of infection.
If you are currently social distancing, in self-isolation, or just reacting to these unprecedented conditions by making changes, you’re certainly not alone and are doing the right thing.
