We will endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, subject to stock levels. If the dispatch of your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Monday - Friday.
Deliveries To The UK
United Kingdom Standard Shipping £4.00; Standard UK and N Ireland orders are shipped with Royal Mail’s signed for parcel delivery service and can take up to 72 hours once shipped; delivery to outlying and offshore areas of the UK can take up to 5 working days for delivery. Deliveries need to be signed for, so if you work full time please supply a work address for delivery or ensure someone you trust will be available to sign. We have no control over what time your delivery will take place. If there is no one available to sign then the goods are usually available for collection from your local Royal Mail sorting office.

Each Additional Item £5.00
European orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed for Airmail service or business courier service. Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days from order, a signature will be required upon delivery.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed for Airmail service or business courier service. Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 working days from order, a signature will be required upon delivery.
We will accept returns up to 30 days from the delivery date.
When returning items you must include your order number the reason for your return (faulty, wrong size, un-wanted etc) and detail the outcome you wish (change of size, change of style, refund). All returned goods received within 30 days of purchasing, in the exact condition they were purchased with the original box and tags will be given a full refund. If goods are returned worn or the packaging is unprotected and damaged no refund will be available and the goods will be returned to you.
As soon as we receive your returned item if an exchange is requested your new item will be dispatched to you at no extra delivery charge. If the item is faulty, or if we have made a mistake with your order please use the same procedure as above, we will be able to offer a refund or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable. We’re really sorry, but we’re unable to take back used goods which are unsuitable or don’t fit, or reimburse the postage costs incurred returning unused/unsuitable items to us. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.
