What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestreo, American Express & Clearpay.

Is VAT Included In The Price?

Our prices for orders shipped within the EU include VAT and duty where applicable, excluding Cyprus. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are charged local UK sales tax but may be subject to local sales taxes and import duty at the point of delivery. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any further sales taxes or import duties incurred.

What's Your General Shipping Policy?

Orders placed before 1.30pm should be dispatched on the same day that you place your order, however this may vary during busy periods. A dispatch notification will be emailed to you once your order is shipped and it will have all your relevant order details as well as the tracking information for your delivery. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, however International shipping costs differ from our Standard Delivery costs and will take a bit longer to be delivered. International delivery costs will be calculated in your basket. Costs are calculated individually by weight and delivery country to provide you the best prices we can offer.

Note we are unable to ship items to Cyprus and Malta.

What Do I Do If I Receive The Incorrect Order?

We do apologise for any shipping errors, we are human after all. Please contact our support team at [email protected] and we will be happy to correct our mistake.

Can I Return or Exchange My Order?

In order to avoid disappointment due to fast moving stock levels we no longer offer exchanges on orders. If you require an alternative item in a different size / colour etc simply reorder the item, you require and the return the unused item for a refund. If you find that you'd like to return your order for whatever reason, you have up to 30 days to send it back to us. You can find our full Returns Procedure here.

T.U.K. reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. We also withhold the right to deduct a €5 fee from any refund if the original box is damaged (tape/labels and stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights.
